Established in August 2010, CDL China Limited (CDL China) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of City Developments Limited (CDL), a Singapore-listed international real estate group. As CDL’s dedicated arm in China, CDL China leads the Group’s expansion and oversees all real estate development and investment activities across the country.
